Go to see gyn: See your gynecologist / a gyne oncologist for further eval on the complex cyst. Especially with a family history positive for ovarian cancer at relatively young age now you have a complex cyst- an agressive approach has to be done . If the cyst has enlarged and looks concerning- a biopsy/ surgical resection need to be done by an experienced gyne/gyne-onc. Do you know if your mother had brca 1/2 ?
