A member asked:

My mom is 47 with a bp of 130/90 and has nape pain.should i give her aspirin or montebloc? thanx

No: Aspirin is not indicated for women until age 65 unless they have had an "event" such as heart attack or stroke. It actually raises the risk of bleeding in the brain in otherwise healthy women with high blood pressure. (altho that risk is still very low).
