Many things: Depending on the severity of your hypertension, your physician may prescribe a number of meds. In particular, they will recommend life style changes that include lower salt, lose weight, more veggies and less meat stop smoking get more exercise and the other usual changes.Believe it or not they do work but you have to keep at it.
