See a dermatologist: Sorry but no one can help you online. You need to see a dermatologist to receive proper evaluation and treatment. Simple over the counter cleansers and medications such as benzoyl peroxide can help but you may need a more aggressive treatment with anibiotics, retinoid creams, accutane, or laser treatment.
