A member asked:

I'm 23 and have worm glasses since i was 10 because i am near and far sighted. is there a procedure that would make my eyes the same?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Eye imbalance: This condition is called anisometropia or an imbalance in the refractive error of the eyes. If the imbalance is large enough glasses alone will not correct it and contact lenses may be required for good vision. Lasik is also a reliable way to correct refractive error and can correct near and farsightedness.
