One year ago my rt eye sph was +3.00 and left was +3.50. i took an exam today and rt eye sph was +2.75 and lft sph was 2.75. i'm ordering expensive designer glasses do i need another exam or have my eyes improved that much?

If you have not had cataract surgery the change in your glasses EX is due to a myopic shift (less plus more minus) due to your cataracts. Get your glasses.
