None: The best thing is to see an endodontist as soon as possible!

Temporary: Cold compresses and OTC analgesics (used EXACTLY as per package instructions) will temporarily dull the pain, but will not cure the toothache (probably infection). Must see Dentist ASAP for differential diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Toothaches: A toothache is your body's way of telling you that something is wrong. Since you are not a dentist and cannot examine yourself nor take x-rays of your own teeth, you would need to see a dentist to determine the cause of your pain and what appropriate measures or treatment would be necessary. Take some otc pain medication and call your dentist for an appointment asap.
