None.: Severe toothaches most commonly are caused by a cavity growing to the point that it reaches and kills the nerve in the tooth. If that's the case, only a root canal treatment or extraction will help. No medication, natural or not, will resolve the problem.

Not one: A severe toothache is caused by a very inflammed or infected tooth nerve. There are no holistic or natural products that will replace physical treatment of that tooth by a dentist. If you are suffering, call a dentist asap and feel better soon.

Professional care: Most common cause of toothache is infection. Other causes include fracture, trauma, parafunctional habits, malocclusion, and others. None of these respond to "material" DIY approaches, and failure to immediately treat infection can cause severe health issues. Please immediately call your Dentist. The longer infection goes untreated the more extensive the damage and expensive the treatment.
