Abd pain right above umblicus region. goes to back constant or come n go nausea. low appetite. told i have a fat containg umblical hernia. pain sharp?

If your hernia can be reduced (made to disappear) by pushing on its contents, then that is normal, and routine surgical consult should be obtained. If the contents won't go down, but don't hurt, they are trapped (incarcerated). Can lead to strangulation & cause n/v/incr pain--see dr asap.
