Not cancer: Nothing that is dangerous. Your young for cancer and that's not a presenting sign. It's likely that u are focusing too hard on the issue. Are you concerned about cancer for some reason? Not saying i'm right, go in if concerned, but isolated numb spot over breast is not the presentation of any disease of which I am aware. Gd luc.
