Trauma?: The most likely cause is trauma: somehow you contused your breast, it is bruised and numb and perhaps the deeper tissues are injured causing the pain. This could be the case even if you can't recall how/when it might have occurred. However, it is possible it is an unusual presentation of cancer, so I would have my doctor evaluate it as soon as you can. Good wishes:)
