No one: No one will treat uc for free, unless you are part of a clinical trial for a new treatment. If you can't afford the treatment or insurance, you need to sign up for medicaid. With the new affordable care act insurance requirement going into effect this year, you must buy insurance or get enrolled in a govt program. Uc requires frequent follow ups as well as tests and medications.
