When my thumb is bent in a certain position it shakes uncontrollably. The shaking is at its worse when I am typing on my phone with my thumbs. There is no pain and no shaking at rest. My father has Parkinsons. Thoughts?

My right thumb tremors/shakes when only I bend it. What can be causing this? It does not tremor at rest only when bent to type. No other symptoms.
I have stiffness in my right hand, shoulder and forearm. Sometimes it disappears and tremor starts. This cycle repeats. It affects my daily activities such as writing, typing etc. So tell me what is wrong with me?
