Right thumb slight tremor when trying to navigate my phone. it's been like that for 8 hours. do i need to get it checked? what could be the cause?

Electrolyte issue: Minor/slight intentional (trying to do something) tremors occurs from time to time. The cause can be minor electrolyte imbalances, feeling tired, etc. I don't think you need to get checked out. If you have unintentional (resting) tremors that occur and stay or your intentional (trying to get phone) tremor is not going away after a couple of days then you could speak to a physician/neurologist.
