I have stiffness in my right hand, shoulder and forearm. sometimes it disappears and tremor starts. this cycle repeats. it affects my daily activities such as writing, typing etc. so tell me what is wrong with me?

You need to be evaluated, preferably by a neurologist, to find out what the issue is. A physical exam and likely some testing will be needed to find put why you are having these symptoms and to recommend treatment. A diagnosis is needed before treatment can be given. So, see a neurologist for evaluation. Good luck!

I agree with the strong recommendation to consult a neurologist for evaluation as Parkinson's disease is a possible cause of these symptoms.
