Fasciculations: It's sometimes common to have muscle fasciculations, where muscles twitch on their own and can cause small, involuntary movements. It can be associated with stress, anxiety, too much caffeine, etc and may be completely normal. If it gets worse, or if you're worried, you should speak with your doctor.
