Yes: Thyroid cancers are curable most of the time papillary cancers are common do metastasize to adjacent nodes, could be multi centric as in this case see your doctor for treatment , have good prognosis than other types.

Yes it can: It can metastasize to the adjacent lymph nodes. However, it is curable with a proper surgical resection that should remove the thyroid as well as lymph nodes dissection. Pappilary thyroid cancer in general has favorable prognosis as long as you receive proper treatment. You will need to see an experienced ENT doctor who specialized in head and neck cancer.
