Diff. diagnosis: The diagnosis of chronic cough can be tricky. The fact that your cough has lasted 3 months raises a few different possibilities. 95% of chronic cough is a combination of asthma, post-nasal drip and/or gastric reflux. It often takes a careful history and a therapeutic trial of medication to determine the exact cause. It is time to have a talk with your doctor and possibility a referral.
