Yes: You should always be concerned when you take any medication that is potentially toxic to your liver when you drink regularly. However, it always amazes me that regular drinkers aren't concerned nearly as much about the constant impact the alcohol has on their liver. It is fairly rare for Tylenol (acetaminophen) to cause liver failure, pretty common for alcohol to do so with or without tylenol (acetaminophen).
