Most likely you have a common cold. Yours seems to be lasting longer than most. I usually tell my patients some will get better as soon as 2 weeks and some take as long as 14 days. ;-).

Retest for COVID-19 and keep all immunizations updated. I agree that a common cold is also quite possible. Stay well hydrated,rest, monitor temperature and breathing. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and please follow up.
