Have multiple lung nodules reason unknown doc repeat scan in 6 months but i noticed getting short of breath. should i go back now? it's been 2 mo.

Best to call: I'd call your doctor to discuss your symptoms, but i think it is very unlikely that your lung nodules have progressed in this short period of time to caus your symptoms.

Size&riskfactors mat: Usually there are specific recommendations as to the follow up of lung nodules, based on size, smoking history, associated medical isues etc. Often there should be a sufficient interval of time between imaging studies to make a judgement if there has been any significant change in the nodules. However, symptoms trump all recommendations, so if there is a change, you should talk to your physician.
