Yes many such causes: Shortness of breath can be caused by many reasons. Your doctor will need to examine you to find the cause. It can be from low hemoglobin, it can be heart related or lung related. Only detailed exam and testing can reveal the cause. Go see your doctor.

Did you get the: Ct scan because you were short of breath? Lung cancer screening in those over 55 that smoked, 32k screens; 4k nodules of which 1% were cancer. Find a good internist. Getting a ct at your age was unwise. Quit smoking if you do. Lots of causes as dr. Legha suggests.
