In general: Only drugs that may be of help for bpd r antipsychotics--try to avoid benzodiazepine--ssris may have minor role for ptsd.

Bipolar tx: You have a biological condition. A psychological approach will not, in my opinion, definitely stabilize you, although it will help. My favorite drug for bipolar, as well as severe anxiety (if nothing else works), is Lamictal (lamotrigine). Google "severe anxiety basal ganglia lamotrigine" and see what you come up with. Know the risks of this med and that it goes up slow - per package insert.
