Tolerance: Tolerance to valium may indicate tolerance to other benzodiazepines, alcohol, or similar other CNS depressants you might be using. Or, you could simply be extremely anxious. If you're accustomed to valium or medications like it already, the 5mg dose may not provide much effect.
