Probably not see ENT: I would advise you to see an ENT md you may have a stone blocking one of your salivary gland ducts causing your parotid gland to be inflamed. This is not cancer. I would get a ct scan after seeing an ent. This would diagnose a patotid abnormality, tumor or a lymph node. I strongly encourage you to see a physician about this problem.
