Yes: Lortab strength that you mentioned has 7.5 mg of hydrocodone compared to 5 mg in the other. More narcotic can make you sleepier.

Hydrocodone: Medication is hydrocondone and Acetaminophen (tylenol). The smaller of numbers is narcotic portion. So 7.5 is stronger pain medication not sleeping medication. Potentially addictive use caution.
