No. Most common antibiotics including this one will not harm the fetus. Be sure you let a doc know you are pregnant any time treatment is considered so they can modify it if needed.

Discuss vaccinations during pregnancy with your physician. Treat symptoms of the infection and use the antibiotic as directed. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and prolonged cough.
