Personal choice: Rhinoplasty surgery is a common surgical practice to help shape and contour a person's nose; correct congenital or traumatic deformities; or restore good balance to the face. Safe Rhinoplasty: Hi adrian, surgical rhinoplasty is a very safe and effective way to improve the appearance of your nose. You should consider what you don't like about your nose but, more importantly, also what you do like about it. Surgery does require some down-time afterwards and the full healing process takes approximately a year. If that sounds good to you, seek consultation with a rhinoplasty expert.

RhinoplastyCandidate: You may be a good candidate for rhinoplasty if you feel your nose is too big or disproportional to the rest of your face, your nose is too wide when viewed from the front, your nose is crooked or off-center, or asymmetrical, your nose has a bump or bulge, the tip of your nose is too large, your nose is too up-turned or down-turned, too long, pointy, or flat, or if you have flared or wide nostrils.

Maybe: Rhinoplasty is safe and effective surgery, but it involves downtime, expense and some risk. If it seems worthwhile, you should get several opinions from experienced surgeons and you should also get an opinion from someone who does non surgical rhinoplasty using filler injection. If you are a candidate for filler, that is an easier and cheaper option that is also very effective.
