People can help: While no individual advice can be given here - self-perceptions, suicidal feelings, and a sense that one cannot change things (helplessness) are common signs of depression or low-self esteem. There are many things that can help one feel better about themselves, and working with a psychologist to achieve some goals, ruling out depression and consulting with a physician would be ways to start.
