D/w your Psychiatris: Please discuss immediately with your Psychiatrist. Call 911 or go to the nearest ER, if you feel like acting on your suicidal thoughts. Trifluoperazine is an antipsychotic medication. It may help with paranoia, delusions or hallucinations but it may worsen the negative sxs of Schizophrenia, making someone feel tired, sedated, decreased voluntary movements and so may worsen depression.
