No: This is a myth; everyone who has had a complete facelift no longer suffers from acne. Acne involves the superficial layers of the skin, sebacious glands or oil glands of the skin. Facelift surgical planes are much deeper in the fatty tissues well below the level of the sebacious glands.

Nope!: Facelifts can be used to reduce the deep pitting caused by severe acne, but only after the acne is under control.
