Hello ,i bought castrol oil i put it all over my skin mainly because i wanted to get longer lashes but i got acne all over my face+neck. what to do?

Good for engines but: Not good for your skin. Castrol is a brand of regular and synthetic motor oil used in cars, such as the one in my driveway. Castor oil is an oil obtained from castor beans. Wikipedia says Castrol got its name for adding castor oil to its motor oil. Anyway, eyelashes won't grow any faster with this kind of stuff. If oil is not washing off of skin easily, massage body cream into it before washing.
