I suffered always from acne.i took isotretinoin course 3times.i started year ago taking 1pill only per week20 mg,eventhough small dose but huge effect it stopped acne completely so i did not need to repeat the course, do this have any long term effec?

A dermatologist has most experience with this medication and is most qualified to answer your question. However'I note that pregnancy is not recommended for a month after stopping it which suggests if you stopped it a month ago & have no symptoms of significance by now, it would be a favorable sign.
