Many things: I don't know what particular things are stressing you, or how this stress is affecting your health. You may need help assessing and dealing with these things -- and working with a therapist can provide this. On your own you can pay special attention to your diet, exercise, and consistent rest. You can avoid alcohol & other substances. Breathing exercises, meditation, and yoga may all help.

Learn to relax: Learn some relaxation techniques when u are feeling less anxious and use them when the anxiety increases. Remind yourself that the anxiety will subside. Take a class in stress management, learn hypnosis or take yoga. Use it when the need arises. Consider seeing a therapist to help you learn relaxation techniques and other ways 2 reduce anxiety.
