You can get cortisol: levels from blood or saliva, but you don't need to. List your current eating, sleeping, & other scheduling patterns. Compare them to your patterns before the stress began. Then compare your work performance, relationships, mood & quality of life before & after. Take this information to your primary physician for an "executive physical", appropriate for males your age, & overdue, I'd wager.
