Psychotherapy?: Have you received the help you needed about your health issues? Are some of these still unresolved? If so, it could be natural to still have some anxiety -- and talking with your doctor about reasonable treatments & approaches makes sense. So does learning all you can about your conditions. Often, working in psychotherapy with a psychologist or psychiatrist helps with such anxiety too.
