Oh, no: I don't know if super glue will kill his your canker sore, but i can tell for sure that it may kill you if it gets absorbs and poisons your body. There are much safer options for canker sore treatments - such as rinsing your mouth with magic mouth wash - liquid benadryl/lidocaine (viscous) and maalox mixture.

Not recommended: Canker sores are the most common oral lesions. Individual ulcers typically last 1-2 weeks. The condition is idiopathic (cause is not known) recurrent aphthous ulcers is usually self-limiting. Supper glue is toxic and not recommended for internal or external use.
