Very high!: You have serious systemic inflammation, coming from either a rheumatic source, or infection. Inflammation reflected by an elevated CRP will cause heart disease, but you need to see someone in rheumatology. But check first with whoever ordered the test! the most important thing is to treat the cause of the high crp.
