See orthopedic: You may have experienced an extensor tendinitis, and if symptoms are continuing, you need to get this re-evaluated. An EMG test can determine if a nerve at elbow or wrist is involved, but the tendon/joint issues need also an assessment. A simple local injection, or a rehab program could suffice. See an orthopedic surgeon, and get some help.
