I have had ulnar nerve decompression in the right elbow 13 week's ago as 5months ago was diagnosed with ulnar nerve entrapment at the elbow. rapid muscle wasting of hypotheaner and lumbericals. clawing of fourth and fifth fingers. still present ?

It takes time: By the information you have given us, it looks as though you had either long standing ulnar nerve entrapment or a severe case of one with significant muscle wasting. If that is the case, decompression of the nerve does not reverse the condition rapidly. Regain of muscle strength and muscle mass takes weeks to months. Numbness is even longer and sometimes is permanent.
