A member asked:

Will a neoprene elbow compression sleeve help for ulnar nerve entrapment? it feels like the sleeve constricts blood flow a little too much.

Might be too small: In general, a neoprene elbow splint/sleeve can help with a mild ulnar neuropathy by limiting extreme flexion of the elbow past 90 degrees--which stretches the nerve across the elbow. It should not restrict blood flow. Consider something with more padding to cover the nerve and something less tight/constricting.
