When i would press hard to the slight left of it my hand would tingle and my elbow would hurt horribly. is this a dislocated ulnar nerve?

Unlikely: Unlikely, but you might have a nerve compression injury. Heat, splint, rest might help. If there is no improvement see a hand surgeon. The ulnar nerve at the elbow can sublux, but the pain is usually in he elbow not hand.
