I have a sinus infection and am on a second week long antibiotic of clindamycin. its day 4 and i still feel lousy. i have to get back to work. help?

Need better Abic: Clindamycin is not the best choice for sinusitis. The most frequent bacterial causes are streptococcus pneumoniae, hemophilus influenza, moraxella catarrhalis. Other streptococcus sp., staphylococcus aureus and anaerobic bacteria are less common. The Clindamycin would not cover hemophilus and moraxella. Augmentin, Ceftin (cefuroxime) or levoquin would be better choices. Adding decongestants might help.
