Diabetes: Is diabetes well controlled? How tall are you? How many calories a day do you eat? Do you drink pop or other sugary drinks? Eat fast food or fried food much? Try 4-6 mini meals a day (half sandwich, cup of soup or small salad). Lean proteins, low glycemic carbs (starches & sugars—in fruits & veggies), good fats, low-fat dairy, whole grains, some nuts/seeds. Control sugar tightly.
