hba1c 5.8. fasting gluc 96. no family history of diabetes. i'm fit &exercise 1-2 hours each day, everyday. eat healthy. am i really pre-diabetic??

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your laboratory results do not indicate pre-diabetes. As you probably know, exercise is the best thing you can do for yourself.
