See doc tomorrow AM.: It sounds like your sinus infection has spread to your eye area. This is a known possible complication of sinus infections known as preseptal cellulitis. Are you currently being treated with an antibiotic? Did the swelling start while you were on the antibiotic? You will definitely need to either start antibiotics or change. If you are having eye pain, you need to go to er tonight.

Swollen eyelid in : Presence of sinus infection strongly suggests see a doc right away. Sinus infxn may have spread to soft tissues around the eye (periorbital cellulitis) which needs immediate attention & treatment.
