I have a history of sinus infections... i am currently having slot of pain in my upper jaw, cheekbone and lower eye socket, swelling in the right side?

Maxillary sinus: This sounds like congestion and/or infection of the maxillary paranasal sinus. Encourage drainage by applying heat and/or inhaling steam,irrigating the nasal passages with warm,salt water,using a nasal decongestant spray sparingly, but a course of appropriate antibiotics are probably needed.,An otolaryngologist is best qualified to evaluate and treat you.
