Today-ish: Swelling can take 3-5 days to improve once the trigger is removed (the infection in this case). So if not improving today or mon, should get re-checked to be sure all going according to plan. Visit er if having any vision changes / hi fevers / vomiting, otherwise, your prescribing doc mon if not coming down.

More serious : Swelling and redness around your eye with a sinus infection suggests a more serious infection. You should see and ENT doctor as soon as possible as you may need a ct scan and more extensive treatment.
