Not too much: 500 mg of B12 is fine. But beware that B12 can compete with folate (folic acid) for absorption, so take some folate (folic acid) too. Metafolin is good. D3 1000 iu is not too much. Some people need more. Check bloodwork 25 oh d to know your level.. 50-60 is a good number and below 40 is on the low side.
