Maybe: You're on the right track. Look at volleyball players. They are running and jumping for hours at a time. Small size is mostly genetic, so you're going to have to accept the basic frame that you have been given; however, you can sculpt what you have. All the exercise in the world won't give you a j-lo rear end if you're not programmed to be shaped that way.
